Let us support you in applying for your TIE (“NIE”) & Empadronamiento

If you are NOT a resident of the European Union and you are planning on moving to Spain or you have recently arrived, then you must apply for several local documents in order to live, study and/or work legally whilst in Spain.

Attention: In general, as a Non EU citizen you will need to apply for the TIE within 30 days upon your arrival in Spain and NOT for the NIE! There is always lots of confusion in between the two different types of legal procedures, so don’t let yourself confused. In order to be able to process your TIE, you will need to take care of the Empadronamiento first.
